Weighbridge Operator Part Time -

Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Brooklyn. Due to a recent restructure, they have created a new Part Time position for an experienced Weighbridge Operator.

To be successful in this role you will have experience working as a Weighbridge Operator or similar role, strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and the passion to go above and beyond.

This is a combined role involving administrative duties and customer service. Processing documentation, cash handling and updating the company database with truck movement information will also form part of the role. We are looking for someone who is able to use their initiative effectively and is not afraid to try new tasks which will be required to complete.

Some of your daily duties will include directing truck drivers and couriers to the appropriate areas, process accounts payable. We are looking for a customer focused driven individual who can work effectively within a team. It is essential that you have the ability to multi-skill and to take on a diverse range of tasks. You will be proactive, mature minded and possess solid communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is not essential but will be highly regarded.

Working hours of the role are as follows:

12:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
