Established in 1992 to simplify the home loan process, the co-founders had a vision of building a national network of ethical, credible and professional brokers who local communities could trust to help them navigate the mortgage maze. Today, they write one in every 25 home loans in Australia.

Based in Deer Park, we are looking for an outstanding Loans Administration Assistant to work with a 2011 Finalist Australian Mortgage Awards (Loan Protection and Life Insurance). While at work, you will be responsible for;

  • Completion / Administration of home loan applications and supporting documentation - from initial application lodgement with lenders to loan settlement
  • Liaise with Lenders, Service Providers (e.g., Solicitors, Conveyancers, Real Estate Agents etc) to achieve approval and settlement of loans as planned / budgeted
  • Achievement of desired outcomes from loan application through to settlement of loans
  • Business growth through marketing plan implementation
  • Loans status updates - follow-up with Lenders, Valuer s, Client Solicitors / Conveyancers, Real Estate Agents
  • Compliance with Mortgage Choice Group Operations Manual
  • Completion of all reasonable tasks to achieve above e.g., data entry and update of all business systems and applications like Discovery, ApplyOnline, Loan Pipeline Status

To be successful in securing this position you will have;

  • A minimum two years experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding mathematical abilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate professionally with people from all walks of life
