Ideally our client is looking for candidates who have the following experience;

· Senior Financial Planner / Senior Advisor with a strong wealth management background

· Strong technically

· Competent knowledge of taxation and SMSF

· Proven track record working in wealth management and wealth creation

· Proven lead conversion

· Development of SMFS structures and set up

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development of financial plans and Self Managed Super Funds structures and set up. This is a one to one consulting role where you will work with clients to ensure they are able to meet their future financial goals. In addition to financial planning, you will be integral in the set up of this new service offering as our client has ambitious growth expectations for 2012, they are only looking for the best of the best. Some of your role accountabilities will be;

· Assisting clients to identify and meet their financial goals by conducting review meetings and recommending appropriate strategies, products and service options

· Using financial planning tools and technology to provide ongoing quality compliant advice and documentation

· Providing outstanding client service by building and maintaining effective retention targets

· Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to your own personal and professional development

· Build a team of financial planners

We are only looking for candidates who have the following attributes;

· A passion for building and developing their Financial Planning career

· A passion for wealth creation and personal empowerment

· Proven previous performance in a Financial Planning role

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful business relationships with key clients

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong business acumen, including a demonstrated understanding of factors currently affecting financial services industry
