Our client is a well established and respected leader in the supply and installation of the latest PABX phone systems and VoIP technology. Since launching in 2001, they have continued to grow and develop and are now looking for an enthusiastic, positive, upbeat, ethical and highly motivated Receptionist for their extremely busy reception.
With a reputation built on genuine customer service and customer satisfaction it is imperative that the newest addition to the team hold the following attributes and experiences:
Based on reception, your role will be busy and varied. Your tasks will include:
· Answering a busy switchboard for three related companies
· Direct calls and take messages
· Greeting visitors (Minimal)
· Making coffee
· Assist with general typing and data entry
· Meeting couriers and signing for deliveries
· Other general office duties as required
To be successful in this role candidates must:
· Have five years previous experience working in a similar role
· Have worked on a busy reception taking up to 30 calls per hour
· Have no work restrictions
· Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Previous experience with Avaya PABX system is preferred but not essential
