Business to Business Sales Professional -

Our client undertakes to provide all of their clients, large or small, with unbeatable customer service and top quality products. Specialising in corporate and vehicle signage in the Footscray area including suburbs such as Sunshine, Laverton North, Altona North, Kensington, Yarraville, Williamstown, Derrimut, Moonee Ponds and West Melbourne; they are now looking for a new Sales Person to join their growing team and business. They are a part of an international franchise group which has been running for 25 years and in 2011, they were recognised in Franchise Times as one of the top 200 list of franchises.

In a designated area you will be expected to:

· Develop customer base.

· Service existing clients.

· Prospect new sales with a view of developing long term clients.

· Assist with in-house marketing programs.

Responsibilities

· Respond to customer inquiries to determine signage needs.

· Provide signage recommendations and quotes and assist customers with the order process.

· Accurately measure and quote.

· Offer signage produced from a variety of products and materials. This requires learning the variety of substrates and materials available to the industry.

· Accurately process customer orders.

· Follow up on existing leads and convert quotes to sales.

· Liaise with production department in regard to time lines for jobs.

· Service 'walk-in' customers from your area. Enter contact names into database for appropriate follow up.

· Obtain referrals; determine contact name and phone number and provide follow up with that referral.
