What are your fees

At Upfront Recruitment, we can provide flexible billing options to suit your business recruitment budget. Our permanent placement fees are charged a percentage based on starting salary, and, if you are needing temporary on-hire staff the billing is based on the hourly candidate fee.

We also offer an extremely flexible by the hour approach to recruitment where you only pay for the work we actually complete.
