The Upfront Recruitment process includes:

Taking the Inital Job Brief: When Upfront Recruitment comes out to discuss your recruitment requirements, we are not happy just taking away a position description. We believe that to recruit well it is imperative to have a full understanding of your requirements. So when taking a job brief, we will sit down and discuss your organisations values, so that we can uncover your cultural requirements. In addition, we will discuss the expected outcomes of the role and the critical success factors. This allows us to recruit not to a position description, but a full job and person profile.

·Resume Checks: All resumes are screened to assess candidate suitability against the job brief taken by our consultants.

·Search: Utilizing our network to source people who may not be officially "on the market".

· Pre-Screen: Once candidates have been assessed on paper against the job brief, they are called so that verbal confirmation of a job match is completed.

· Interview: Successful candidates are invited to attend a comprehensive interview to further assess suitability.

·Testing: Dependant on the role, we conduct complete skill testing of candidates.

·Reference Checking: Upon successful completion of interviews, candidates are reference checked to confirm details provided in their resume and interview. Not only do we confirm skills, we confirm behaviour and character along with success factors.

· Personality Profiling: Where appropriate, personality profiling is completed utilizing SkillCheck Identity or McQuaig Word Surveys.

·2nd Interview: Where inconsistencies occur between candidate information, reference checking and testing, candidates are re- interviewed.
